Default Non-Vtec camshaft ID

I have a set of camshafts given to me by a friend, he says he doesn't know what type they are, they have engraved in them r4 on the intake side and r8 in the exhaust or it could be the other way around.intake and exhaust it is engraved "75 in" and "75 ex" i think these are stock LS cams, verify?

Post a pic. I just had a stock set of LS cams sitting around and I believe they had 75 IN and 75 EX on them.
