OBD 2 MOTOR / MOTOR SWAP

I wanted to know what year integra LS does that OBD 2 motor come in.
Secondly i also wanted to know what i would need regarding the swap of a GSR into a 2000 Honda Civic DX, inorder to wire in vtech.
