I just bought a 91 prelude 2.1L 4ws and the only major problems it has is a shot engine mount and a harsh squeal from the belt, now as far as the mount Ive got that taken care of. but any thoughts on what the squeal may be?

 

could be an alternator pulley, power steering, or ac...

 

check the tension on all of your belts. tighten them so that they can slip. if it still squeals, more than likely just get new belts.

 

too tight or too loose will have the belts squealing, also moisture from the dew in the mornings can also cause them to squeal
