Here is my updated status. Still no start. I have replaced the distributor, coil, main relay, and have made sure that all connectors and grounds are good, and I have come to the point to where I have no clue what is wrong. the fuel pressure is good, i know it has oil pressure, and Im am thinking that I has to have something wrong with the timing, because what else could it be? and if it is the timing, is there a way that I could have installed the cams wrong or the t belt? because I was sure I installed them correctly. Please anyone with help, My car has been down since december, and I need to get it running, its very depressing having a fully built t4 prelude sitting in the garage.

no, I actually am just running a stock uberdata h22 basemap, and the ecu and map are good, because we tested them on another car, also, there are no cel's as of now.
Can you hear your fuel pump prime? If not, could be either a fried pump, or a bad ground, or bad wiring. Also, check your fuse for the main. Sometimes aftermarket fuel pumps(like mine) require a jump in fuse amperage for the main fuse in order to work. Took me a week to figure that out.

Yes I am getting spark, when i turn the key it just cranks and thats it, never gets past that point.

I am thinking that this IS the problem, if my timing is off then would that cause it not to start, sorry, I think so hard about this that it makes me less smart than I was before
And I know the fuel system is working good, because when i turn the kek to ign 1 my fuel press gauge goes to 40-50psi.

If you are asking if I have the plug wires on correctly, yes I do, I tripple checked that. I knew that it would be the timing, because thats the most pain in the *** to do lol.

If you are sure the cams and timing belt are set right, then get someone to crank it while you hold the timing gun. You could also just move the distributor to a couple different points in its range and that should get things close enough for it to catch. Can you smell fuel in the exhaust after you crank it? What size injectors are you using? i.e. if you're using 720's on a stock H22 basemap it may be too rich to run. Good luck and let us know how it goes...
Have you checked to see if the rotor in the distributor is facing number 1 cyclinder when it is at dtc?? if it aint just take it out and see if the disributor can go in the other way.
