Speed sensor: Auto/5-speed the same?

Is the 92-95 OBD-1 speed sensor for the automatic and 5-speed transmissions the same? Thanks in advance.

well, I have one off of my automatic, and someone with a 5-speed is wanting to buy it, so I was just trying to make sure.
