97 accord EX - OBX spacer

97 accord EX - OBX spacer
Will I actually feel any difference if I put an OBX throtle spacer in my car. I have an Intake and headers.
Says the could give between 10 to 15 hp. Is that true?
My friend said that OBX is not a good brand, said they make shitty wires for spark plugs and stuff like that.
In the future, I was also thinking about putting a short shifter and pulleys (..also made by OBX..)
Any opinions, let me know!
