Hey, I am gonna buy GOLD 16" advan RG(used) for my 01 prelude.
Rims are in mint condition. The seller is asking $1700.00 for them.
You guy think the price is decent? or too expansive?
please give me some advise on them.

Im pretty sure they weight 6.24kg.
I have another questions about the size of the rims.
Should I get 16 x 7.0 ? or 16 x 7.5 ?
If I get 16 x 7.5 will it cause rubbing problem?

 

no rubbing problems unless your car is "slammed", don't buy those rims for 1700 you can get soem nice ones for low 1000's shipped to your door ready to be put on

 

Oh really? where could I get 16 Gold Advan RG?
Cuz they are the only rims that I want to go with...

just search these sites, don't get ripped off, you might see some rims that look similar that you might like even more, 1700 is stupid, i got mine for 1300 ready to go

kazera light weights are the same as advans??

not that i would ever buy rims that expensive, but c'mon guys. These are advans. Advans are expensive.

Partly b/c they're forged, and partly b/c they're superlight & strong, and partly b/c they're sooo000 JDM, but don't be surprised that they cost 1700 bucks.

It's not like you can pick up a set of BBS RS-GT's for 125 a rim...

5th gen wheels are 16x6.5 +55mm

not sure what the 4th gen offset is, but IIRC it's the same +55.

i would not buy used rims for 1700 but search around before you make your decision

 

Why are advans the only rim you want? If you have to ask us if you wanna fork out almost 2000 on rims that are used then obviously you really don't want them that bad. Memoryfab at one time had 16's for 1200. IMO these wheels wouldn't look right on a 01 prelude anyway, not enough spokes for a wheel that has very think spokes and are way too small. Just my opinion though.

I think they look pretty good and JDM looking. what do u guys think?
And they are only 216dollars for each wheel.
Are they any good?

If you like em, you like em. Whether they cost $600 a wheel or $80.

Are you serious. They are "JDM looking" ??? What do you guys think? Are they any good? My god...

 

Well I kindda thought that they look Jdm little bit. They dont 100% satisfy me but.... was just wondering what other people think~ Then do you suggest any other Jdm rims~? that are not too expansive?
