Although I agree, these kinds of posts is usually what sparks some of this so called 'hating'. You need to do 2 things, first realize its the internet and secondly, let it go.

Why would you not check the FAQ thread on motor swaps... it's full of member's "personal experiences". Maybe you get flames as a result of being too lazy to "click" a button. It's your own fault.
