what does this cam timming mean ??? on ZC engine?

what does this cam timming mean ??? on ZC engine?
well you know the 2 marks on the cam gears that say UP

well what happens if you turn the intake cam anti clock wise about 4 tooth ????
like this
as this is what 1 of my crx's is running and it goes way harder than my stock cam settings .
any ideas?
