1995 Honda Civic EX, seems all stock.
There is a car for sale that I really want and its actually really nice except for one flaw. Lucky enough to drive it at night I turned the lights on and started driving. Everything was so smooth, untill I got to a darker area and hit the high beams and the gauge lights went out. The blue light that indicates high beams remained lit, the clock stayed lit as well as the cd player. If you hit it back to low beams they come back on. This car only has newer rims so I dont think someone did this on purpose, not sure why they would but who knows. I checked the dimmer roller or switch and it did not help. Any ideas on what to look for? She says its been like this for over a year.
