Default h22 auto tranny in 96 accord ex problem.

I have the D4 slot on the gauge cluster falshing at me after i drive the car for about a minute. What does this flashing light mean? Also the converter is not locking up when cruising. Remeber this is an h22 auto tranny on a F22 vtec motor. everything worked fine until i did the tranny swap. Any help would be great.

Thanks.

Well I changed the top set of solinoids and added 1 quart of tranny fluid (it was low) then took it for a drive. It seemed to have a little more initial hit from a start but shifted the same. It seems like it mite be locking up now but I still have that CEL and D4 flashing at me. I guess I mite have to change the bottem set of solinoids then drive it but that will be next weekend.
