Help me B16

I have a b16a1 in my 92 civic DX. I was all done doing the swap and tried to start it and all I could hear was the starter making a a click and then a high pitched hum. I think that the motor is locked up, but what do I know....PLEASE help!!!!!!!Thanks

if you think that the motor is locked then try to turn it over with a 19 mil socket if it turns freely then that is not your prob
