Default 97 Accord EX MT

I have a 97 accord with a SOHC v-tec. I've put headers, intake, KYB agx and dropzone coil overs. The car came with a muffler and 17's.
I'm thinking about putting more stuff on it.
Will I see difference if I put one of those underdrive pulleys? Is there any "side effect" by putting something that supposely "slows down" other equipment in my car?

Just don't get them from ebay and think you are doing your car justice. If you change your underdrive then you might as well change all pulleys. A lightened flywheel.
Being lightened it is supposed to run smoother creating more power by being under less drag via friction.

changing the flywheel to a lighter one will enable engine to rotate faster but as it is lighter, will lose the centrifugal force, thus, lose the torque. More(just a bit) power, but less torque..... Is it justifiable for the cost associated? Nuh...... Unless you are racing with it....
