ok so iv been doing some research about k series swaps, and i get some info and there, but sometimes it contridicts(sp) the other info

so i figured id make this post for people that have done a k series swap, they could post everything needed to do the swap, ie the little things

like i know you need the motor/trans, mounts, wiring kit

but im looking for a list of like exactly what fuel system upgrades you need, and all other little things that make the swap go perfect

like i just found a new shifter console that custom made smaller so it fits under your stock center console without modification, things like this and things that you must have to make the swap go right


now i did a search and couldnt find anything like this

 

so is this a bad idea?
does no one care?
am i asking in the wrong place?
if so please point in the write direction please

i'll start off and point you in the right direction.

1. Motor swap
2. Mounts
3. Wiring Harness / or you can wire it yourself
4. DC TSX headers or custom headers.. DTR, Hasport, Rcrew, etc...
5. Fuel Rail, Golden Eagle... Fuel lines , FPR, Fuel fittings
6. Custom axles, or you could fab your oem axles.
7. Kpro, or JDM DC5 ecu... reason being Immobolizer.
8. Ep3 bracket and pulley assembly or you can keep the PS pump.

Well thats basically the run down. If I missed a couple things you may visit numerous site's.
