tail lights
are those clear tail lights with red bulbs for honda civics legal in the state of CT. If so does anyone know where i can find them? Also i got a silver civic coupe, what kinda tints should i get? I was thinking about frost

As far as I know the all clear taillights are illegal everywhere. CT is not known for having very tollerant laws 
. I got stopped up here in NH because I have 1/2 red/clears and the directional was white. Just told me to change it.
