So swapped out the old trans which was broken, put in the new trans which was supposedly not broken (came out of a perfectly fine running car, no problems), and get it in, and it wont' shift out of 2nd gear. It's completely stuck in 2nd gear. I put it in 1st and let the clutch go, and it stalls. 3rd gear, it stalls, etc... but I put it in 2nd gear and it just spins the tires (up on jackstands right now).

Any ideas on how to get 2nd to unstick?
