hey my cousins 92 accord has a brake light prob....the brake lights on the back of the car not the brake light warning in the cluster.....when she steps on the brakes all the lights hooked to the parking lights come on too....and at night when she turns the light on the brake lights on the back of the car stays on as if she was stepping on the brake all the time..can any1 help me out on dis

 

Sounds like a bad ground or even a fuse. I would check all grounds, connections and fuses.

 

Sometimes a filament in the bulb can go bad and break. Then the broken part of the filiment makes a current path to another circuit.
I'd first check the brake light bulbs, and flick them with your finger to check the filaments.
Another problem with those accord years is water filling up the rear lenses and causing problems; you can drill small holes in the bottom of the lenses if you don't want to reseal them.
