My girl just bought a 97 Prelude, 5-speed, 2.2L Vtec w/ 69k. Bone stock. What should these cars dyno at stock? and with I/H/E?

well a stock prelude dynos at around 165 whp give or take a few hp. and it depends on what kind of i/h/e she has. it may go 170-180 with i/h/e, depends on brand.
