Default EK w/ITR swap smoke question and oil question

I drive a ITR (2000) swapped EK with 16k miles. I am smoking at higher revs nothing at idle, smoke appears blueish but nothing during normal driving . I also run amsoil 0-w30 with an s2000 filter.
Questions- how much oil consumption is normal ?
Question- what oil weight do people suggest for my motor. I live in michigan climate and my car sees mostly freeway commute

I was begining to think no one cared. Ok I am done crying......... I just switched to mobil 1 5w-30 from Amsoil racing 0w-30 so I will let you know if there is a difference. I am still interested in what kind of oil consumption is "normal" and how much if any smoke is "normal"

from what i've been told, 1 quart consumption in 3k miles is still normal. im not sure though...
mine SLIGHTLY smokes during hot days and of course startup until it gets rid of condensation in the pipes. i've been using 10w-30 mobil for quite some time. now i'm thinking bout using Auto_RX to "clean" the sludge and stuff.
How long have u been using amsoil???? is it the 2000 series or 3000? i hear nothing but good stuff from amsoil.
http://www.bobistheoilguy.com is a nice site for this kinda stuff but i still wanna talk to peeps specific to honda. anyone tried auto_rx???

dude^ lmk of the improvements from switching oils...

ok I confess, I dont know after years of building my car I purchased on built, Its a 2000 itr jdm swap with stock internals but lots of head work. The prev owner gave me honda s2000 oil filters and a case of amsoil, the label is red and its 0w-30 I will look at it and post again. I now switched to the mobil and there is only trace amounts of smoke when i am on the gas hard, but i seem to have cut consumption because the stick is sayin full vevry time I check it. I am happy with the mobil.

i even have my friends tail me when i bone out to check if i have gobs of smoke. fortunately, its nothing unusual. well there should be little smoke when u bone out and my fuel is set up rich. and i know how burnt oil smells thru the pipes. mobil is very good.
hmmmmmm...makes me wanna move to 0w-40 mobil but i dont know much about oils.

for less consumption...
