how much for a ls motor?

how much for a ls motor?
Some guy wants to sell me his 95 ls motor ,and i hear i need the motor mounts since im a 91 integra the motormounts i have wont work. The reason im getting this motor is cuz i dont even have one, i just have the motor mounts in there. What would you guys pay- he said it has 112k miles and it runs, well taken care of. I know a jdm ls motor is like $600, so im thinking somewhere in the 200-350 range, than motormounts? Any ideas- i need personal opinions. thanx

if its the engine and the transmission i would be leaning more toward 1000$

112k might not sound like a lot but its up there i would have to see the motor and what he is giving to you before i could really decide

just buy a new motor. you can buy a ls motor from osaka for like 600 dollars. they come all hacked up and **** but i've seen some strong motors from osaka. a couple of my friends got motors from them for their civics. ones a b20 and ones a b18b1. you'll have to get sensors and **** cause osaka rips motors out so fast they don't care about sensors and wiring but its little **** you can fix.

you use use the 90-93 integra motor mounts and it will all bolt up fine
ls long blocks are dirt cheep
i got my b18a long block here on honda tech for $200
you can also find them on recycler all day long for no more that 300
if you get them from a motor imported expect to pay about $600 for a 94+ jdm low milage long block
