Hey, guys I finally picked up a spare H23 for my turbo build-up I've been putting a lot of thought in to this.

I've done lots of reading and searching and such, but the info goes both ways on turbo cams. Many swear OEM is the best, while others swear a higher lift cam works just as good for FI as it does NA so long as there's no overlap, blah blah blah...
I know SUB-O is running Crower Stage 1s for use in a future turbo engine with much success even before the turbo! I don't see why it wouldn't help to get more air in there considering how lame the stock H23 cams are for making power.
I'm pretty sure about all the other parts I want to use, but please give me some opinions on turbo cams.

I I agree with you 100% on that, but I bet there is some benefit to a slightly larger cam...

Really! When did this come out? Thanks again for your help.
Their website shows that it's a low duration, high lift profile which requires a spring kit (in case any one wants to know). I guess that's what I'll go with.

I'm going more for mid-top end power...say no more than 7000 rpms (it's not a B-series
).
You would reccomend a higher lift intake cam?

Is it equal length? Is it better to have equal length manifold? Where can I get one of those manifolds? I'm turboing my H23 too.

It's not quite equal length, but it has shorter runners which mean quicker spool time and less heat (power) loss. Poeple have made big power on crappy log manifolds before, so I have no worries about about making as much power as I want with this mani.
Check out http://www.lovefabinc.com/. They have many different styles of manifold that aren't cheap, but they're worth it.

Equal length is a personal preference, dyno charts have shown they do make better mid rangs and up over a log type manifold, but the mini me is neither log nor equal length. I recently bought one off of cody, good service and a good guy. Good quality for a very reasonable price. Inquire about the mini me on lovefab's site or just email them, sales@lovefab.com.
By the way I'm running stage 2 N/A cams but haven't run it yet so we'll see if I'm horribly mistaken?

I really think that will help you so long as there's not to much overlap. Keep us informed.

$900 for the complete engine, IM, clutch/flywheel, harness and bunch of brackets and mounts. It's in really good shape and it's all stock.
I was looking at Hmotorsonline where they have an H23 for $1000 plus shipping, so this was a good deal to me.

Just wondering, will I be able to keep a/c and p/s with that manifold? Sorry if this is a dumb questions. Thanks.

Should be able to keep PS, but I would ask Lovefab if you can keep the AC. I don't have my AC at all, so I really couldn't tell you for sure.
It would be a tiiiiiiiiigggggggghhhhhhhttt squeeze if you could...
