Passenger window goes down slow

Passenger window goes down slow
I recently removed the door panel to install some M3 mirrors and now the window goes down slow and gets stuck. I tried fixing it but there is that sheet of plastic covering it and I don't want to remove it. Any ideas on what the problem could be before I gotta rip the plastic off.
