Default quick help. engine almost dies at idle i searched

when i first start it up it idles at 2000 then i give it a lil gas and revs drop and then go up? everytime i give it quick gas it drops revs then goes up? then at idle when warmed up it starts dropping rpm to like 350 rpms. i norrow it down to a few things. but correct me if im wrong. main relay, or dizzy/ignitor/ eavc?. spark plugs are fresh and im gonna do cap and rotor today. anyhelp would be apreciated.

the high rev is honda's way of warming up the engine. That's normal. The 350rpms is pretty low though for a warm idle.

im not worried about the high revs!!!!!!. i know it has a fast idle when warming up.
what im saying is while im warming up if i hit the gas the revs drop instead of increase. like serious hesitation or something. then while im at a stop light holding the brake it saound like it want to die and engine rpm drops to like 350 then i have to gas it to keep it alive. btw its a 89 si

IACV stuck or vacuum leaks would be the first culprits i would look for.

I have the same hesitation problem at startup too. It starts poorly, then when it is running, tapping the gas makes the revs drop then rise. I thought it started when I put new spark plug wires. I just thought it was because my motor hated the bosch wires. I don't have the dying problem though. How do I check for stuck IACV and vac leaks?
