Installing Front Speakers?
I'm bout to pick up my new polks and i just wanna know if theres a site out there that gives detail instructions and pictures that will help me take out my old speakers and install my new ones.
A while ago when a cd got stuck in my stereo, i had to take it out by taking out the whole middle console, but i wouldnt have known how to do it if i didnt find this sweet site that had awesome pics and instructions on how to do it.
If anyone knows of a site like that but for taking out front speakers please tell me.
~Thx

what generation is your accord?
I have a 5th gen, and I can't imagine it being much different for any other accord..
all that's really necessary is removing the door-panel (pop off the plastic piece at the front of the window-sill at the mirror. unscrew the door handle, and basically just popping the panel off)
Then, at the bottom right of the door, there will be the speaker. Unscrew it, unhook it. Replace it, screw that one in, and reverse the process.
I know with my car (I would guess with other generations) you have to have shallow speakers to fir in the door (as is the case with most japanese cars).
I'm not sure of any sites that have picture instructions, but it's very easy to do, and all you really need are a flathead and phillips-head screwdriver (number 2 i believe)
I would say try and do it, but just work slowly to make sure that everything is disconnected, so you don't rip your door-handle out, and stuff like that. It really is very easy.
