i bought this car from my friend, we both signed the pinks for it and all. he turned his part of the slip to the dmv but i still havent transfered the title. is it possible for me to give the title to a different person or do i gotta go pay the transfer fee and do it like that? thanks

 

you send it for a title transfer and they will send you a new title with a area you can fill in if you ever sell the car

title transfer is between $30-60 depending state and taxes
