hello,
welp this saturday i am going to go look at a crx that a buddy found for sale through one of the guys he works with... it has a b16 dohc jdm but of course no bar sticker so this should be fun, and suspension goodies that i well be able to look at saturday....the guy is asking 2500 and the crx is clean other then broken passenger window glass from recent break in and needs one fender ( crunch)

since there is no definitive way of knowing how many miles are on it what should i look for on the engine and crx ? suposedly the guy is going to do a compresion test while we are there...other then smae all around what are good numbers to be looking for?

and of course if anyone has any tips or advice on how much it well cost and what to do to get it to pass the reff it would be appreceiated as i have read throughj enough threads with nothing but bullshit and **** talking...

edit- also where exactly is the engine stamped? and how can i tell which transmission he has?
