h&r coil-over spring rates
comparing 6'' and 8'' springs, both 550 pounds, for the front, what difference will i feel if any? what is more beneficial? daily driven integra, looking to auto x on koni's. these are h&r coil springs. ive got 650 in the front 6'' and 800'' in rear 6'', the 800 pound springs are driving me crazy, im looking to move the 650's to the rear and pick up some 550 for the fronts. can koni's handle 800 pound springs? im lost like no other right now, i need help! thanks guys.

my guess is they see people talking in the RR/autoX forum about there race cars, and then want to do the same to a street car.

800 indeed is a very high rate as i experienced first hand, which is why im dumping them. but, can anyone answer my first question? comparing 6'' and 8'' springs, both 550 pounds, for the front, what difference will i feel if any? and better yet, can off the shelf koni's handle 650's? thanks
for the front, id go with 8". if you had extended top hats, id go 6". otherwise, consider them the same spring rate, so no difference in performance.
I would not run that much rate on them.
