For Sale: New 92-00 Honda Civic Race Radiator 2" Thick - All Aluminum.
I ordered this radiator from a dealer here on the forums - only to find out after I received it that it wouldn’t fit a Civic with an automatic transmission (without installing an aftermarket automatic transmission cooler).
I paid $149.00 plus $40.00 shipping but if I return the radiator to the seller, I lose the $40.00 shipping charge I paid the seller plus whatever it would cost me to ship it from California to Florida. It’s not worth returning if I have to pay $80.00 for the round trip shipping.
I paid $189.00 for the radiator and I’d like to get close to the price I paid for it. I only opened the box to inspect the radiator – that’s when I discovered it didn’t have the connections for the automatic transmission cooling lines. I’ll consider reasonable offers, but please don’t bother low-balling me. I’m not going to give it away.
I’m in San Francisco and would prefer the prospective buyer to pick it up here, but I would consider shipping it if necessary.
Please feel free to IM me or email me (my forum name)@aol.com. The radiator looks nice and comes with the radiator cap as well. I’d keep it if it was a direct fit in my car, but it’s not. Here’s the seller’s description of the radiator and a link to the thread posted by the dealer:

QUOTE: We have our popular thick core aluminum rad on promo right now.
92-00 Honda Civic 2" thick - $149!
Of course, it is dual core. 100% aluminum. It really is a nice thick core radiator, certainly comparable to griffen/koyo/fluidyne but for 1/3 the price!
It's one of our most popular products...
With the stock fans it will fit with all engine swaps except the H22A. Slim fan will work with the H22A swap).
You'll have to mention the Honda-tech promo, regular price is $249.
Shipping is $40 within the lower 48 states.
