removing front ac vents

how do i remove my front ac vents in the middle of my dashboard. i have a 93' accord LX. i spilled pop on them a while ago and they dont move too well any more i'd like to clean them up. thanks

get a little screwdriver and gently pry on the sides, the vent will come out
