It bounces very dramatically an slowly, say from 52-59k back n forth in not much of a fast pace but enough to think you're redlining in say 4th gear. *noob answer* lol

plugs an wires seem pretty old, haven't change yet. do you think a possible full tune up would be called for? an no my gas tank was full btw.

Hope you did not do that in that order. When Sea Foam does it's thing, it's known to foul up plugs even worse than before you changed the originals out. Sea Foam should only be run thru on old or cheap spark plugs and then once Sea Foam is gone, then put in normal good plugs and finish off the tune up.
To the original poster, try the following:
Replace spark plugs (with the correct gap on all of them, most are NOT pre-gapped to the proper spec when you buy them).
Spark plug wires.
Have the distributor tested/clean the points inside.
Replace the cap and rotor if you don't want to replace an entire distributor.
Replace the PCV valve.
Check the vacuum hoses coming to and from all points on the intake manifold to make sure they are clean inside by spraying brake parts cleaner in there and see if it comes out easy out the other end (do this with the hose OFF the car in an open and well-ventilated area).
Check all of those same hoses for any rips/tears/cracks anywhere on them and replace the ones that are damaged.
Have the fuel injectors tested and professionally cleaned.

My 94 LS does the same thing...I changed the plugs wires cap and rotor and nothing changed. I even put in another coil and igniter and nothing. Some of the guys at the shop I work at were saying it might be the distributor sub assembly itself...If anyone knows how to check one of those post it on here.
