i have a 99 LS in my coupe and its throwing a code 14 for a IACV. well, i removed it and cleaned it with some carb cleaner and it still idles high( roughly 1400-1800rpm). anyone else got imput on what i should do to fix this problem??

 

Is the unit in working condition?

 

i could i test it??? and also, how does the valve work?? if i kno how it works, i could understand a lil more......
