Motor harness? Like 95 motor into 91 car or 91 motor into 95 car? The only difference I think noit for sure is that the 91 motor harness does not have the O2 sensor for the exhaust mani like on the 95.

Well in theory it should work b/c there is no need for the O2 sensor then and and converting the motor to OBD1 (make sure your using OBD0 Injectors off the 91 LS motor). The only problems I see would be at the strut tower where it clips into the body harness and maybe at the dizzy, but I heard that the dizzy's are the same. If it wires clips into at the strut tower and it does not clip into the dizzy u can always rewire the 91 clip onto it and just match the wires. The only way to tell is just to try it out. A new harness is like around 100-150 buck and used like around 50. I would just try it its like 20 mins changing wire harness and you dont even have to jack up car.

hey mericbe, thanks for all your input. Its not actually for me, im selling the harness and this guy was asking me about it. I just didnt want to be like yea sure it works then to find out later it didnt. But I agree with you, i think it will work maybe just a little extra wiring after its all said and done. anyhow thanks for your quick response!

your trying to put the engine harness from a 95ls on a 91 ls engine right?....are you going to use the 95 injectors and dist. and do a obd1 to a obd0 conversion?

There is no conv. Your still using the stock OBD0 ecu, dizzy, and injectors. He is just using the harness.

Extra wiring will be necessary for the resistor box. The coolant temp. plug is in a different spot w/ a different plug and the O2 sensor uses a different plug.

arent the plugs different since one harness is obd0 and one is obd1?
