Interested buyer here....I have cash..the question is do you still have the civic dash? I am currently in Kuwait serving a nice little tour. I can Paypal you the cash maybe. We can work something out so their is a record of money transfer. I'll have a friend come look at it and "inspect" it before I pay for it and all that.
