Default FD/Flywheel and warranty

I want to do a final drive and probably a lightweight flywheel, but i have ~12,000 miles left on my warranty. Now here's my question: if i do the FD/fly, will acura void all my warranty, or just deny warranty work on tranny related problems? also, have any of you guys that have done these mods had any problems?

thanks

The dealer has to prove that the mod did the damage, otherwise the warrenty will cover it. That said, the dealer will say/do anything to get more money from you. I did the fw/fd combo, if something goes wrong it's probably all on me. I just accepted the responsibility when I did the mod.
