I found a crx backseat for sale and i was wondering how hard it is to install and what car's seatbelts will fit?

 

try and find the whole thing. (With the seat belts) you will be better off. but im sure you could just weld some in there.

 

The bottom seat base is easy to install. Notice if you remove the lower compartment that there is two rubber like dots near the end point of the carpet. If you feel around you will feel a slot on both sides where you put the seat into. The back part of the seat has a loop that needs to be drilled down to the base of the car. For the backside of the car its better off if you have the brackets for it. If not then the upper portion of the rear seat will not stay up unless you customize a bracket to hold it in place. There are and should be no welding involved just alot of fabrication if you do not have the original brackets.

As far as seatbelts go, only the stock original rear seatbelts have been lengthly enough to fit in nicely since the rear seatbelts of the CRX come from a retractor that goes where the two side compartments are. The bottom portion of the seatbelts is where the seatbelt clips into. Try to get the original seatbelts.
