if you mean an f tranny out of an accord yes it will bolt up. what is an f20 anyway.

 

Actually its a F20B and it did come in a Honda 'Torne' which is a Japanese version of the Accord.

I was told that there is a chance that it may not bolt to the H series motors.

Any info on this??

 

i don't think it will. i don't think it's part of the f/h family we're used to. just like the f20c and f22c (s2k motors) tranny won't bolt on...

 

I have two f22 trannies that I have bolt to h series motors. and the accord and the preludes all use the same clutch so I cant see it not bolting up.
The only f-series I know that wont is an s2000. which hey if you want rwd try it. but it will spin the wrong way.

an f22 will, an h22 will and a h23 tranny will bolt up

an f20c (rwd s2k tranny) wont, w/o any mods at least

 

he just said its the F20B motor...

the f20b WILL bolt up

yeah douche, reread my post, im talking about the f20c, the s2k tranny, that wont work... i never said anything about the f20b not working....
