I can run STOCK ECU with 84.5 bored and stock CR?

I want to get my block bored to 83 by Golden Eagle. Run 10:1 pistons (9.7:1 compression w/ ITR head) on a GSR ECU? I don't want to spend the money for dyno tuning yet. Wait til I get the Hondada and turbo.

Would this be safe?

crank up the fuel pressure - larger bore dictates use of a lot more fuel.
