I was driving around with a slightly wobbling wheel all day anyway lesson learned MAKE SURE YOU TORQUE EVERY LUG NUT and put anti-seize on occasionally

you sound like a dumbass

i lost the lugnuts for one of my wheels on my old crx.

so i put 3 on every wheel... drove it for 2 years like that. no wheel whobbling.

if it is whobbling you got more problems, unless you forgot to tighten all of the lugs on that wheel

this was probably the case and probably why 1 fell off to begin with.... either that or they were over torqued.

One other thing is alot of us use PB blaster for stuck/rusted bolts and such,(Not shitty WD-40) I got some on the lugs from trying to pound out a cv axle that was stuck in the hub. Next day lugs were loose on my boys car just from the drive from and to work witch is only like 5 miles total. (That was the worst axle i have ever had to do, finally broke it loose with the 10lb sledge and big punch After i cleaned the PB blaster off the lugs with brake cleaner and re-torqued all was well. Needless to say i was checking them every day, cause i could never live with myself if someone got hurt due to the work i did or the parts i put on. Had u done any work on that side or had the wheel off for anything recently??

I'm not sure what sounds dumber to me: the title of this thread, or the fact that for 2 years you couldn't find a way to buy 4 lugnuts to put onto your car.

C'mon they're lugs. they cost a dollar or 2...

my wheel will wobble when i've only got 3 lugs on/torqued--but this is on a 5lug car...

i drove with 3 for like 3 years cuz the one thing u put the lug nut on was stripped. no wheel hobble at all. all four of ur lug nuts must have been loose.
