ok i have a b-18c1 motor and my problem is that water or some kind of liqiud comes out of my exhaust and i took it to a shop and they said my head gasket wasn't blown so i don't know what the problem is and my car also has hard time starting at cold starts i have to crank it twice for it to start and the other thing my rpm's bounce's on cold start can anyone tell me what could be my problem
