My buddy came to me, as he continues on his Boosted stock b16a with 205 compression across, we have everything bolted up and installed,

Kit Includes

Stock JDM b16a
B16A tranny

DSM injectors
braided lines,
johnny intercoolers
Greddy IC piping
Vortec BOV
turbosmart wastegate set @6
rev hard manifold,
T3/T4 Hybrid - a/r 60
3" DP to Kteller 3" turboback

Chipped P-72 (B18C) ??
Hondata S200
car is running OBD-0

Now the confusing part,

we have the car running good, but it redlines at 7200,(should be 8200-8500) and vtec kick is 5200, Turbo drops boost at 5 psi,

What would be the best route for Tuning this car?

~import/dyno shop ?
~E-managment
~gameboy advance---???

or do somthing else?

Look for a local experienced tuner.
Hondata, Crome, Uberdata, Neptune etc...
