Default engine change on '87 Accord

Is it possible to put a bigger engine into an 1987 honda accord lx sedan? it has the factory v-4 2.0 L carburator engine in it and i want to make the car more powerful. any ideas? suggestions? let me know. if its not possbile, what parts could a put in to make the regular engine more powerful?

EFI swap, DCOEs are good things to do. if you go with any engine swap, you're going to have to change the carbureter's fuel supply system to one suitable for EFI, which includes running a new fuel line, a new fuel tank, and a new fuel pump.

if you would have searched, i recently answered this question with a link to the engine swaps forum on 3geez.com.

there it is again.
