low idleing 99 accord...

my father is looking at a 99 accord. 82K, the guy is asking $8,100. anyways, the idle is very steady, but at 600 rpms. i know 800 is the average or whatever, im just a little concered...or should i not be. any feedback would be helpful. i appreciate it guys.
