Ok,
loud constant knocking, started yesterday during normal driving, running on all 4 cyl, no metal in oil pan, coming from #2 or 3 cly in the head, took valve cover off, appears tyo be no damage, i wasnt to take head off need someone to help me, this weekend, ill provide the beer, never took a head off a lude and appears more diffent than my old d16

i might be able to drive out and help, but i suck at putting the timing belt back on. Also dont have the crank pully holder.

any help would be good, i need to get the head off asap, crank pully holder, what is it maybe i can get one, i suck at putting timing belts on too, but i think two of us can get it on

never mind took it off today, spun #2 rod bearing!!!!! **** ME
