I just had my T1R exhaust system installed, I took off the silencer and lemme tell you it is harsh! In first gear and reverse I get terrible exhaust vibration and also through the cars body. I know metal on metal contact through the chassis is gonna cause a lot of the noise, and I am pretty sure I could use new bushings in my suspension. If anyone has experienced this and knows a solution, please post.

Put the silencer back on.
Or dampen the mounting posts by rubber sleeving them. You can accomplish this with some rubber tubing (large diameter fuel lines might work) around the muffler hangers.

get the exhaust tac welded even though its a bolt on with all that movement it will cause the exhaust to move and hit body of the car if you tac weld it your welder can put the exhaust in a position to keep it from hitting the car causing the vibration
