any tips or suggestions
so tomorrow i get to replace my first ever master cylinder. any one got any tips or suggestions for me, anything i should know, like problems that could be encountered and how to fix those problems?
ya i bought one of those one person vaccum bleeder pump things.. it seems easy enough remove my strut bar, suck the fluid out the old mc resivoir ( cant spell that) then its the 2 bolts on the booster and thats pretty much it, bench bleed the mc install it hook up brake lines then go tire to tire starting with the farthest from the mc and bleed them working my way to the drivers side tire? if thats not right then plz tell me now
make sure to get a wrench to do the brake lines... a normal wrench has a greater chance of stripping the brake line bolts...
they look like a close ended wrench but w/ a small opening to fit around the line..
edit: its called flare nut wrench
