Default anyone know the OEM deck clearence for the h23 or h22?

i need to know the OEM deck clearence. or is OEM set for 0mm? anyone have any clue?

why am i asking- i am trying to determine what rod set up would work best with a stroked h23 crank to 98mm. by taking Innovation's thread with the calculations on them i used what i knew for the calulating center to center and came up with 5.511 inches which included deck clearence and the center to center length. i then used the B18 A/B rod combination from http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com/eagle/apps.html and subtracted the rod c/c. then came up with .117 inches. would this work using h23 piston numbers?

and what would the rod do if i bored the wrist pin out to the h-series pin?
