ZC Timing issues

ZC Timing issues
Although the guys over at TheZCr.com were helpful, but I know alot more people will read this here.
Basically now its boiled down to this: I can get everything lined up, but when I tightnen the Timing tensor bolt, it would move the crankshaft. Now, I know this would've been an easy fix by jamming something in the flywheel, but things are never that easy for me. The tensor bolt stripped out the block about 1.5 mm in.
