Default hard Raditor Hose

We were street tuning my car last night @ 10 psi, and on the freeway, after we hit 10 psi, the radiator hose, ripped off, lucky for me, i had a screw driver in my glove and my old radiator in the back
it's a Ful Radiator and a Good Push Fan, both work, when we put it back it, it was fine, when we idle it, but the hoses are like pressurized? They are very hard
at idle it stay below 1/2 about 1/4
only does it when i boost

what could be wrong, my tuner and my engine builder, think it's the head gasket, but the motor has 38 miles on it
****.

if it was the head gasket your overflow bottle would fill up really quick. If the boost gets to your coolant system like it was always doing on my D16 before I change my block for a Benson.

It could be an overheating issue ? no ?

were u tuning it urself?

thats one thing that scares me about tuning,
I want to learn all of this, but I know a bad tune is the #1 thing that blows stuff up.. and theres gotta be a point while tuning where ur not at that good tune point yet.. so thats scary.

I remember watching jeremy/brandon tune my car, they took it step by step very cautiously,
ended up with a good safe setup!
