I thought I read somewhere that the low-gas light comes on between 2 and 3 gallons remaining...

Can anyone confirm this?

Well, I think it's true, but my inquisitive nature gets the best of me sometimes...

Put 12 gallons in last week, and the light came on last night, went to the pump this morning and it only took 14.3 gallons to fill up...

So I would assume it's true, since there's a 17 gallon tank...

Just thought I'd ask though...

 

Good attitude jmd471. Particularly in the winter. I certainly wouldn't want the condensation of a 17 gallon tank mixing with my fuel!
