I just took out my grey dash (my car is a 94) and replaced it with a black one from an Si. The black dashboard is from a 1993 so there is no passenger airbag. I have it removed completely now. When I plugged my steernig wheel SRS connection back in my horn didnt work, any clues why and how to fix it?
Ok, the horn and SRS are linked together in the same system somehow. That means that if you trip a circuit in SRS or blow a fuse, the horn will not work. If you remove the SRS system completely, the horn will not work.
Did you leave any plugs disconnected? You might have to hardwire your horn like I did.

the only plug that is disconnected is the SRS one that was on the passenger side, where the airbag is gone now.

Maybe check the SRS fuses in both fuse boxes. They have a yellow case on them.

just a thought, you might want to track down a clock spring (spinny part that with the connections on it) from a 92-93 civic. there might be something different with the wires becasue of the dual aribags. You would'nt think so but you never know. worth a try.

My thoughts exactly.
The "clock spring" or "cable reel" is the piece that sits directly behind the steering wheel, and it is VERY EASY to break if you're not careful when doing any steering wheel work.
Example?
The cable reel is designed to only go so far, like it's only supposed to wind far enough to allow your steering wheel to turn from lock to lock. If the steering wheel or column is not connected and the reel gets turned more than it's allowed to it will snap and you'll never even know it.
Track one down from a salvage yard, but IT MUST BE TAPED to insure that it hasn't unwound or been broken when removed. If it's not taped then don't buy it!
This is something that will disable both the airbag and horn since it supplies power to them both.

i'll check the manual on the "clock spring"...i didnt even know there was one.
But it would make sense its disconnected, when the dash was installed the column was dropped and I remember my steering wheel got turned quite a bit when it was off and when it was being put back on, so if anything it's probably that
Another question, even though the passenger airbag is gone, is it still going to work even if the only one plugged in is the drivers side?

Found this on Ebay, though it might help you a bit. This is the clock spring. When you go to put it back in you need to turn it all the way to one side or the other then as you turn it back count how many full rotations it takes before it gets tight again. I think it normally takes 6 turns so you want to turn it 3 fulls turns from tight and put it on, this way you have enough slack to turn your wheel withough putting stress on the spring. Hope that helps.
yea dood just hard wire your horn, wicked easy, and custom.. while your at it.. relay it off your brake lights, with a hidden killswitch.. so anytime someone steals your car(good old honda) the horn will go when the brake lights go
